Stop #8 on the Lanesboro Area Art Trail is Goose Creek Joinery, the workshop of Andy Lowe. andy is dedicated to creating handcrafted furniture and functional art. Furniture pieces are made one-at-a-time from Cherry, Maple, Oak and Walnut. Mortise and tenon joinery assures years of service. Cutting boards and bread/pizza paddles are made from the same hardwoods, using food-grade mineral oil/beeswax finishes for a beautiful, food-safe luster. Stop #4 on the Lanesboro Area Art Trail takes us to the studio of watercolor artist Jennifer Wood. Jennifer loves the way watercolor moves on its own and paintings emerge as layers are added. Every painting is a study and a meditation as she both directs the paint and water and watchs as they transform on the paper.

Stop #3 on the Lanesboro Area Art Trail is Jane Grevstad. Jane creates small cross-body bags using denim, upholstery, recycled fabrics to carry phones and other essentials. She also use glass and semi-precious beads to make earrings and bracelets, adding macrame knotting technique with beads to adorn wrist and ankle.
