I am very excited to add this brief extension to the Japan trip. A good friend told me that the Peace Memorial Museum in Hiroshima was one of the most impactful moments of his entire trip to Japan. I am glad we will get an opportunity to experience it firsthand.

I don’t know if I have been more excited for a longer distance hike in quite some time. While my group will be staying at local bed and breakfasts each night, as opposed to camping, we will still do the entirety of the Isle of Skye Trail. It arguably will provide some of the most dramatic landscapes in all of Scotland.

The Isle of Skye Trek to Scotland has 12 people going next July 18th to 27th. I was able to add 3 more spots due to changing availability at the local bed and breakfasts.

There will be an extension (no hiking) with a private tour, which runs from the 27th to August 3rd and visits: Edinburgh, the Highlands, Glencoe, Inverness/Loch Ness, Oban, and St. Andrew’s stopping at various castles and distilleries along the way.

If you have any interest in joining us for one or both parts, don’t hesitate reaching out.
