All About Me!

My name is Lissa Ryan and I am an Travel Advisor / Team Leader with Kingdom Destinations, LLC. My business is located in Herndon, Virginia in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.

I was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in the small town of Ridgefield, Connecticut. I graduated college at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and fell in love with the area (not to mention my husband who I’ve been married to for over 20 years!) Our family consists of our two children ages 15 and 10 who constantly amaze us with their love and admiration for each other.

The four of us have traveled to many destinations over the years, but the one place we can always agree on is Disney! We started our vacations at the Disney parks when my daughter was only 11 months old. She was not a very good on-the-go napper, but we have fond memories of her falling asleep on “it’s a small world” - which is ironically one of her favorite rides today! Every time we visit the parks, we have such a fun experience and the memories we create are ones that will last a lifetime.

When we are not on vacation, my family and I enjoy having “family game nights” and each one of us takes turns selecting a game to play that night. Currently, our favorites are Telestrations and Apples to Apples (the Disney version of course!)
