Great review from Travis... "I texted Brent on a Sunday afternoon we were having issues with our Ecobee, which controls the furnace. After troubleshooting over text, Brent had a tech onsite the next day to discover a chipmunk had gotten into the furnace and shewed through some of the wiring. Unfortunately, the tech had to deal with fried chipmunk, but Sloderbeck saved the day quickly as this was Thanksgiving week and we had a full house coming!"
