Did you know? There were two MV Bluenose ferries operating between Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, and Bar Harbor, Maine, from 1955 to 1990.
The first MV Bluenose, built in 1955 by Davie Shipbuilding in Lauzon, Quebec, revolutionized travel for over two decades, offering a comfortable route and saving travellers a massive 700 miles (1,100 km) by car. This legendary ship served until 1982 before continuing its journey under new ownership.

Yarmouth to Bar Harbor - sailing at 09:30 hrs ADT
Bar Harbor to Yarmouth - sailing at 15:00 hrs EDT
Passengers affected by this cancellation will be contacted by a representative of Bay Ferries who will assist them in amending their travel plans.
