Well ladies and gents, that's a wrap on steelhead!! Thank you to everyone that came out to fish this season, it was truly special!! It's the people and the memories that make all of this worth it, the fish are sometimes a bonus. When I first set out on this journey years ago I didn't know what to expect, now a lot of my "clients" have become friends or almost even family.

There were many fish caught, many happy people, many tired hours spent driving by yours truly, some 9pm tire repairs or swaps from flats, and my body is severely worn out. But all of you make it worth it and why I love it!!!

Western Fishing Operations Batson Enterprises and Nova Tackle Company thank you for your continued support, you all make the best products in the business. Without you all I wouldn't have the same success. The worms, clusters, rods, terminal tackle- everything!! Thank you all so much.

Well we were shut down early this year, I'll leave the politics off of my page, but I'm deeply sorry to all the guys/gals that aren't able to join me in March. At least the trips I got in this year we got to shake hands with more fish then I care to admit, and some dandies at that!! I'll add more pics here and there as we go through March absolutely bitter and upset that we aren't still chasing these creatures!!!

Appreciate all that my major guide and pro programs do and provide for me to make a living and support my family, I couldn't imagine doing this job without them- Rainshadow rods and Western Fishing Operations worms and clusters. Reminiscing over a season that I feel surpassed all expectations led on by wdfw. Today I'll show off a few of Pats fish... And to think the 3 biggest fish he hooked in his 2 trips somehow got away!!!???
And in case you had any doubt, it was wfo on the other end of a rainshadow rod!

This season we faced an awful obstacle of a regulation change with no fishing steelhead from the boat. Luckily and thankfully my family over at Batson Enterprises came up with a great tool for the job, extending the 1263 and making it 11'9". Here are SIX of them paired with 8:1 and 9:1 gear ratio daiwa tatulas and zillions. Together with Western Fishing Operations products I can tell you the only thing that could slow us down was nature not the regs.
