We are adding amenities as we can to our newest addition, the Cosmopolitan. Super stoked to get this outdoor ping pong table for the Cosmopolitan.. 1 down, still need two for other properties. Our family played a lot of ping pong growing up and it brings back many great memories of me playing with my Dad in our single car garage. He rigged it with a little heat for the Illinois winters and it was used a ton by me and my 9 siblings.. We continued the tradition with our kids as well.
So far at Cosmopolitan we've added these amenities

This property was amazing! 10/10 recommend and I would LOVE to stay here again! I wish we would’ve had the house for more days to get the full experience of everything it had to offer! We mostly stayed in the pool the whole time! But there were so many activities to keep us busy we didn’t even have to leave the house. The house owner was very easy to communicate with and like I said, I would definitely stay here again!

This house was great. Even better than we expected. The location was ideal, just a short couple minutes to the main street of Fredericksburg, grocery stores, and close to the vineyards. When we arrived, the house was very clean and well taken care of. The space of the house itself was even bigger than it seems in the pictures, which was great for our girls trip of 10. There was a full kitchen of appliances and tools that we needed, and the bathrooms as well, plenty of bath and pool towels. There was also a number of different things to keep us entertained if we desired. Including the pool and hot tub, outdoor games such as volleyball, as well as plenty of board games, and of course the family room had a tv with streaming ability. The communication was great from the owner, we never had a problem with any questions we had, but also there was instructions for everything all around the house to make it easy. Would definitely stay again, would be great for another adult's only trip or even with kids.

GIRLS WEEKEND REVIEW! THANKS BRANDI
The house was great! The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean, lots of little extras to make sure you have everything that you need. The yard was great- the sitting area was perfect for hanging out, the pool and hot tub were clean and nice. We stayed for a girls weekend, but it would also be great for couples or families. There were lots of games and toys to keep kids and adults entertained. I would definitely book this house again.

"There is no detail that hasn’t been thought of at this wonderful home! Hubby and I felt so spoiled. Pool was clean and warm, the hot tub got much use and an evening fire capped off our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, cozy home with every possible amenity indoors and out! The home was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable! We were here to celebrate birthdays of 3 of the 4 girls as we go on a girls trip with moms, grandmothers and our 8 and 12 year old girls with their similar aged friends. There were games, a sparkling heated pool and hot tub, and plenty of space for all. We would definitely return in the Fall or Spring so we could more fully enjoy the wonderful space outdoors, including firepit, comfortable seating, spider pong, horseshoes and co****le. Another Great Review from one of our homes in Fredericksburg Texas! Book direct and SAVE. HEATED pools at both places now!
"We loved this house. It's perfect for families. We are a family with a 1-year-old and 4-year-old. I found this house to be very well set up for these ages. I would sit in the garage game room with the door shut and just let the girls play with no fear of them getting hurt or roaming off. There were tons of toys to occupy them- dress up clothes, games, dolls, a pin ball machine. It made parenting easier, as I could sit on the couch and supervise while also relaxing. The 4-year-old loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The hot tub is huge and could accomodate a large group. It stayed warm even though it was quite cold outside. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night. One of the better and more surprising things about this rental was that it is very well stocked. I can't tell you how annoying it is to get to a rental and there's not a single condiment to cook a meal. I shouldn't have to travel with salt and pepper in my bag. This house was stocked with condiments, plates/cups for kids, a high chair, a pack n play, bedding for the pack n play, laundry detergent, q tips, pool towels, pretty much anything you could need. There was also a little bowl of snacks that the 4-year-old especially enjoyed. I also loved how every cabinet and light switch is labeled. Time is precious, and I really don't have time to open every cabinet looking for the pool towels. Communication with the owner and manager was very good and check-in and out was a breeze. I was able to stroll the baby through the neighborhood streets all the way to main street for coffee and a muffin while the 4-year-old used her scooter. Neighborhood was super cute and safe. We would stay here again."

Perfect getaway
We all loved staying at Uncorked Cottage! Every need was anticipated and met, which was such a delight. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated, the fire pit welcoming, fun outdoor games aplenty, the beds comfortable, the kitchen fully outfitted, and the living room filled with all the games and entertainment we could possibly need. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable and we would recommend booking this home to anyone. Outstanding attention to detail makes this property a cut above the rest.

Okay, I am promising myself to post on this page more often! We are adding a 3rd home to our Short Term rentals in Fredericksburg, Texas. It's a 110ish year old home on Main Street. It will need major electric, all new plumbing, new roof, foundation repairs, new storm windows, as well as paint, appliances, patios, pergola, pool next year, and furnishings including everything you need for a home.
I'm 62, Greg is 66 and this will likely be our last BIG project. I'm loving the creative process and its motivated me to start working out again, just to get in better shape for all of the labor that will be involved. This is also the first of over 25ish rentals homes we've had over the years that Greg is able to be my right hand man, to help with all the decisions, etc.. We are excited to work together and can't wait to see how it will look when done! Here are a few pics.

Hands down the best vacation rental we have stayed at. The home had everything you could ever want and then more. There was so many things to do in the backyard… pool, hot tub, outdoor LEGO blocks, horse shoes, corn hole, backyard fire pit. The kids also enjoyed the playroom with lots dress up costumes and games.
The owner has thought of so many little things like a back massager and a large bowl of snacks.
