Girls trip Day 3- Disney Day!

Checked out of Cabana Bay and into WDW Swan. Arrived at the Swan around 7:45am- room was ready and gorgeous! Brought our bags up and grabbed a Lyft to the Contemporary and walked into Magic Kingdom.

Arrived at 8:30am for early park access- straight to Mine Train. Then rode Big Thunder, Pirates and stopped for a Dole Whip. Had some more time to blow before our virtual queue for Tiana, so off to Little Mermaid. Then time for Tiana- this was our first time since the reimagining and I have to say I was impressed! Very well done (and I was sad about losing Splash Mountain)

Off to Epcot for Food and Wine Fest! Tried lots of treats and completed Emile’s Fromage Montage, yum! 😋 Watched Boyz II Men later in the evening- Amazing! Stayed for extended hours for Deluxe guests- and rode everything except Ratatouille (which was closed most of the evening). Ended with September on Guardians!

Day 2 of our girls trip!

Up early and in line for early park hours at Islands of Adventure! Head straight to Hagrids for a less than hour wait!! Then off to Forbidden Journey and Kong before taking the train over to Diagon Alley.

Grab a snack and drink a Duffs. Ride Jimmy Fallon, Minions, Transformers, ET. Catch the Bourne show (again at Madis request, we went day 1 too) and Olivanders. Catch the end of the parade too! Walk back over to Islands for a couple more things to end our day. Then dinner at Margaritaville! 🍹

We did not have Express pass this trip and while I do love that feature at Universal, we did 100% great without it this time! Longest wait for us were the trains, and once we rode each way, we walked back over to Islands.

Ready to talk Universal?! I’m your girl! 🙋🏻‍♀️

As our fun girls trip comes to an end, I thought I’d share our adventures!

Day 1- 3:15am wake up for the first flight out on Southwest! 🥱 I love these flights if you can manage the early wake up. Rarely delayed and get in early to enjoy the day.

Check in to Universal’s Cabana Bay, grab our tickets and drop our bags, in the park by 9:45am!

Check out the new minions ride, Diagon Alley and then hop on the train to Hogsmeade!

Take a little afternoon break at the hotel, then check out the EPIC preview center (it’s going to be awesome!) followed by a delicious dinner and dessert at Toothsome!
