A few lessons learned from last weeks cruise.

1. Carry your Epi-Pen to the dining room. You could save a life.

2. There were several medical emergencies one resulting in a need for an emergency blood donor (If you are a donor; please consider carrying your donor card with you to the ship.) Yes, in an emergency they will take your drunk blood! 😂

3. You need travel insurance. An emergency evacuation from a ship can cost a minimum of $40,000 and that does not include the health care services. 😬 We were informed that this person made it to the hospital safely and was stable.
