Having opened with a kindergarten class in 2015 and growing one grade per year until K-8, Explore! Cash was introduced to breakdancing through Construct during his Kindergarten Passions program two years ago. Our long-time community partner, Construct, is a street styles based dance studio here in Nashville. Now in 2nd Grade, Cash joined his Construct teachers on WKRN News 2 "Local on 2 Live" yesterday to showcase their youth breakdancing program! We love seeing Explorers find and pursue their passions.

Our amazing Pop Choir performed at the Martha O’Bryan Center’s Champions Breakfast yesterday. Explore! Community School is a small part of an organization doing transformative work by creating opportunities for children, youth, and families to thrive in our community.

Shoutout to these E!CS Cheerleaders who performed in front of thousands of fans at the Vanderbilt University football game on Saturday evening! Thank you for representing Explore!

The first E!CS Cheer Team is on-campus this week learning sideline cheers and dances for the new school year! Way to go, girls!

We kicked off TCAP testing with a pep rally this afternoon, including a special tunnel by our Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders! As you can hear, "do your best on the test!"

We are ready to welcome our community so that all hearts and minds will rise up! Please remember Kindergarten, Second Grade, Fourth Grade and Sixth Grade report on August 4th! First Grade, Third Grade and Fifth Grade report on August 5th! All Explorers report on August 6th. We dismiss this first week at 1:45!!!
