The Warwick Children’s Business Fair was a BLAST and all of the children did such an amazing job! I feel honored that I was able to be a part of this fantastic event and to get a little background from each child on their business. Peaceful Roots was a proud sponsor of this event, and I got to be a judge!
Judging this was HARD. There were so many fun products to buy and the children were so excited to share about all their hard work.
I didn't take pictures of the children at their tables for privacy reasons, but here are some pics of some sweet treats I got for myself!
And these Brown Butter Rice Crispy Treats are to die for!!
What an encouraging and spectacular way to teach our future generations about the power of entrepreneurship💚💙!

Trail Through Time
Freeman Trail Parking
Beautiful spot to come explore! Free parking, accessible trails (until you enter the woods), great for strollers, wheelchairs & walkers.
SO many birds! Beautiful river Trail to get closer to the water. Uneven terrain once you enter the woods, but trails are marked well. There is a loop trail that goes all around and returns to the parking lot too!
Great for:
•Picnic
•Bird watching
•Nature journaling
•Meandering the trails
•Connecting to Nature
Things to know:
•unleashed dogs...lots of them
•watch for 💩
•be aware of ticks as weather gets warmer, especially in the meadow
I enjoyed this spot a lot and will be coming back for sure!🤩

Nature Walk
Come with me on a 4 minute nature walk!! Grab your boots, put on your hat & jacket and let's go! 🌲❄️🌳❄️
Hello Peaceful Roots family! I hope you are all staying warm & healthy in the early stages of 2022!!
I am VERY excited to be offering a BRAND NEW course for WOMEN! This program is called Balanced Beings and started out being a project for my master's program...and I thought I wanted to try it out with real people to see how it goes!
Balanced Beings will teach about mindfulness, self-care, and connection to self, community & nature. We will learn more about our inner beings, our community, and how we are so intertwined with the natural world around us. We will dive into the history of the land we will be spending time on, talk about the past, present & future of our selves and make connections to others in our new, loving community.
I will be running this 4-week course as a pilot program in May. Since it is a pilot program---it will be offered FREE of charge!
In return for this being a free program, I am asking participants to provide me with extensive feedback so I can work to improve this program for future paid sessions. It is a Win-Win for all of us! And it is going to be so great!!
As I mentioned, this will be a 4-week course. We will be meeting IN PERSON on Sundays from 9am-12pm at Wachusett Mountain. There is required work to be done on your own time each week that will focus on what we will discuss at our in-person meetings.
I would love to have 20 women join this pilot series...so if you are interested in learning more about it AND have a friend you think would love this event too...drop a comment below and let's talk! I want to make sure everyone understands the level of commitment with this course as it is going to help me to make it an even BETTER program in the future.
So what do you think? Do you want to be part of the very 1st Balanced Beings Community?!!💙🤍💚
