Gibraltar. Its name is derived from Arabic: Jabal Ṭāriq (Mount Tarik), honouring Ṭāriq ibn Ziyād, who captured the peninsula in 711. Gibraltar is a heavily fortified British air and naval base that guards the Strait of Gibraltar, which is the only entrance to the Mediterranean Sea from the Atlantic Ocean.

TAP airlines is comfortable, but my "diabetic" meal was chicken on a bed of (forbidden) white rice, crackers, and dessert... at least the water is ok. maybe they meant the chicken was diabetic when it was alive? (it was vegetarian, too).

The uber to Miami International was quick, despite Taylor swift being in town...
checkin with TAP Portugal Airlines was quick and efficient. Only downside was not enough charging stations in the gate areas.
