We looking for an Host for our vacation rental properties.
-need to be hard worker
-must have basic handyman skills.
-must have good customer representive skills and propper writing.
-must know how to use applications and basic computer skills.
Currently we have 11 properties and we need somone to take care of them from A-Z

Lake life is hiring.
We got 8 vacation homes in Hollywood area near the hard rock we need someone that lives close by that can manage the houses the job is dynamic so must live close by and have a car. need to have handyman skills and hard worker.

Job description
Communicating with the guests on the Airbnb application
Taking care of any issue the guest has and giving them immediate response.
Checking in and out guests.
In charge of the cleaning team, work and schedule.
Make sure there is no damages to the house and if yes to file claims.
When having damages fix them and if you can't call the right professional to fix them.
Taking the garbage out on the pickup days.
Shopping for anything that is missing in the house and cleaning supplies.
