Finally, Florence, the last stop on this glorious trip. We had a terrific stay at another Hotel L’Orologio, on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella. For style, location and price, it’s rivaled only by its sister property, Hotel Santa Maria Novella, which is right next door. We started our Tuscan adventure with a stop at The Mall Luxury Outlets where we were given the same VIP treatment that I can provide for my clients! Back in Florence, we had a wonderful guided tour of the Pitti Palace, followed by an olive tasting and delicious lunch.

Next stop: Rome! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel L'Orologio WTB Hotels – centrally located with an incredible rooftop terrace. That’s where guests enjoy their sumptuous complimentary buffet breakfast – an awesome way to start the day in Rome. And at night the terrace hosts a lively bar – a fabulous way to cap off the day in Rome. Through LTP.travel - Your Luxury Travel Partner, we did a great walking tour of ancient Rome followed by an early evening drive around the hills overlooking the city in a chauffeured Bentley. Just another day in the Eternal City!

Puglia! Thank you to my hosts, Waterstone Collection and Il Melograno for their wonderful hospitality in this beautiful part of Italy. The region is a little less well known, but that won’t last long! There are so many unexpected sights, lots of history and charming villages. You’ll be surprised at every turn!

If you’re going to jet off to Paris, for the weekend or longer, there’s no better combination than a stay at the beautiful Bulgari Hotel Paris and a seat in United’s Polaris business class!

I just spent five glorious days on Turks & Caicos, as a guest of Elli Travel’s partners at The Palms and The Shore Club. I joined them on an educational trip to the island and had a chance to stay at those two beautiful Virtuoso properties. Needless to say, they’re both gorgeous, with amazing suites, beaches, pools, restaurants, bars and spas and wonderful service. But they’re different in a number of ways. I just returned from an AMAZING 6 days on a Backroads multi-adventure trip to Crete and Santorini.
