Tired of winter? We hear you! Next winter will be the same BUT you can make a plan now to escape to warm sunshine☀️ on a white sandy beach🏖️ surrounded by aquamarine colored water.

We will be headed to Turks and Caicos for a four night yoga retreat January 24-27, 2026, at a 4 star hotel on the amazing 5 star Grace Bay Beach!

We have added an option for a two night extension January 28-29, 2026, in case you would like to stay longer!

The retreat is an all inclusive package so food, drinks, activities, excursions and airport transfers are all included. The only thing you will need to do is purchase your round trip airline ticket to the Providenciales airport.

Our retreat to Lake Como was so much fun. The week was spent doing yoga, eating delicious meals, shopping the Como market, hiking up to an old castle, Castello Baradello, and having a little wine and focaccia, hiking to San Martino church for the famous views of Lake Como with a wine tasting and food pairing after at an adorable restaurant called Ali di Alice.

We also did something a little new and trending in Italy, a beer tasting. Yes, craft beer has become popular in Italy. The beer was paired with food to bring out the flavors, similar to a wine tasting.

It was a wonderful week with a group of amazing yogis!
