Ho’okipa Farm began as a home for the Stott family in 2000. Driven by their values towards sustainable living and an active lifestyle the property was established with an abundance of quality produce and environmentally friendly mechanics. In the past few years, the daughter of Linda and Hugh has taken the farm under her wing. Kanza has been working hard to further established the property by adding goats, chickens and more fruit trees to the mix of well established provisions. She has opened the family home to invite guests from near and far, hoping to share the family’s love for farming and the unique North Shore lifestyle. The main farm dwelling is now available for short term tenancy to those seeking a more relaxed and unique visit to the beautiful island of Maui. The 3 bedroom, naturally lit and architecturally designed sits in the middle of the small scale farm and guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in the garden and small orchard. The property offers (Seasonally) lilikoi, oranges, mangos, avocados, limes, lemons, starfruit, ulu, surinam cherries, star apples, soursop, fresh farm laid eggs and much more! The space
Built by the owners family, this large 3 bedroom has plenty of space for 3 couples or a family. The bed options are: a king in the master bedroom, queen in one of the guest bedrooms and two twins in the last. The master bathroom has a two person shower and the guest bath has a tub shower combo, with the half bath located in the living room. The home offers a well established kitchen and large living space with two additional 'recreation' rooms that can be used as reading spaces or an office. Set on 2 acres of land, there is plenty of outdoor space and a large deck at the front. Enjoy an early evening BBQ while watching the sunset. Your host would be more than happy to show you around the farm and introduce you to the goats upon request.
Guest access
Guests have access to the shared front yard and we would be more than happy to share our seasonal fruits and produce. There is onsite parking for a maximum of 3 guest vehicles.
Interaction with guests
The property owner and manager live onsite and can be available if you need. Please note that because we are a working farm, we will be around the yard maintaining our orchard and interacting with both the goats and chickens daily. Our goats and chickens are located in the front yard and from time to time they can be heard.

** Please note that to address Maui County rules and regulations, a tax of 14.42% is included in the nightly booking rate. Upon arrival, no other charges will be required as tax, cleaning and service fees are included in your final Airbnb price. (Only potential damage costs are excluded)
***A signed copy of our rental agreement is required to complete and confirm a booking. We can email a copy to you following initial booking inquiries.
Mid stay cleaning is not included in the final price, the house is cleaned prior to your arrival and the cleaning fee applies to post departure cleaning. Any excessive cleaning upon departure or mid stay cleaning can be requested and will be charged in addition to the initial cleaning fees.
To adhere to our county permit restrictions upon booking we assume to agree to the following: Absolutely no visitors are allowed on the property. Only the (max 6) registered guests are allowed in the dwelling. No exceptions. We apologize for this term, however if you want to have family and friends visit you during your vacation, please book somewhere else or organize to meet them off site.
