1) First I'll ask you questions about the type of trip you are looking to plan. Once I have a sense of the type of vacation you are looking for we will decide together if we are a good fit to work together.

2) I will take that information and find you the best value vacation available I usually provide 2 to 3 good options and will send you the details by email. Once you decide what would work best for you I'll take care of all the booking details on your behalf. Prior to, during and after your vacation I am available to you should you have any questions, or any emergencies arise. (that means it would be me sitting on hold with the airline should that need arise).
