Finally making some headway on digging the retention pond at Ridgewood Estates. The rain over the past 2 months slowed us down a bit but we’re getting back on track. We are excited to announce our new 9 lot custom home subdivision, Ridgewood Estates. Lot sizes range from .49-1.89 acres. Home sizes start at 2,600 sf for 1 story, 2800 for multilevel. Clearing and site development is scheduled to begin next week. The site work has a 3-4 mos projected completion date. New home permits to follow. As we progress with our new subdivision, Ridgewood Estates, we’re teaming up with Chesapeake Bank. Thanks for the great rate and terms! We will also be highly recommending them for the construction loans once we are able to begin construction on the 9 new custom homes. We will keep you updated on progress.
