About me: I have a youthful spirit. Maintaining quality of life is very important to me, from a physical, emotional, and spiritual perspective. I have a strong belief in Jesus Christ and am a born again Christian. I have a precious little boy, whom I love with all my heart. As a single mom our bond is irreplaceable! t enjoyment in sports and exercise. My goal is to help people who feel stuck in the quick fixes of life that consistently are leaving them feeling empty. I desire to motivate people to be all they were created to be and experience a fulfilling life! I work predominately with women in transition, but am not limitied to that. I love coaching on personal development, career development, time/stress management and much more. I received my training through Christian Coach Institute, which is ICF approved. My previous education would include schooling at Davis Bible College for Christian Ministries and SUNY Cortland where I majored in Sociology. While God is absolutely at the center of my life, it's incorporation into my services is based on the preference of the client.
