Welcome Marching(/Future!) Mules! Band camp is right around the corner and we’re looking forward to seeing you!
We start this Saturday, August 10, for freshman and Monday, August 12, for returning members. We have some spirit themes so pack accordingly, to fully bring the fun!

We had a WONDERFUL time with composer-in-residence Kevin Day, culminating with a spectacular Claude T. Smith Band Festival Finale Concert on Saturday night! Many thanks to Kevin, saxophone soloist Kyle Jones, our amazing high school collaborators, and everyone else involved.

We're thrilled to announce the inaugural UCM Honor Band Festival, hosted by University of Central Missouri Bands and UCM Music, occurring on Sunday, February 19, 2024! This invigorating and inspiring musical experience is open to all high school band students by director nomination.

Directors, to nominate your students, please complete this form by January 15, 2024: https://tinyurl.com/ucmhb24

Students, please share this with your director if you're interested. Seniors auditioning at UCM on 2/17 or 2/19, and students who make All State Band/Orchestra (including Honorable Mention) will be automatically accepted and have their participation fee waived!
