We started Satellite Earth Art in an effort merge our love of geography and science in
a creative venue. We have a combined 30+ years of experience working with satellite imagery to answer scientific questions and have authored numerous scientific papers, across a range of topics, related to satellite remote sensing and the analysis of changes to the Earth's surface. Satellite Earth Art is a creative extension of that work, allowing us to make science quality data available in a way that highlights the natural beauty of the Earth. Satellite Earth Art straddles the boundary between science and art, producing stunning portraits of the Earth as fine-art reproductions.
