We just so happen to have the next 2 weeks (Nov 7th-13th, Nov 13th-20th) open to stay at the CUTEST Beach Bungalow (pet friendly) on one of the most beautiful places on earth- Destin, FL. Since it’s coming up, we’re like HEY, let’s give a 40% discount for each of those weeks to the first people who book those dates. The Bungalow can sleep up to 14 and features a private beach access! For a week long stay at the Old Florida Emerald Bungalow, it’ll be $800, which equates to only $114/night and you get the WHOLE house!

Hey everyone!! Wow, it's been while since we've been able to update you regarding our homes and we apologize if you've sent us an email to request a booking and you haven't heard back. We've have been on the go, non-stop- and we've been booked out since early 2021. Several things have changed in this world, but the urge to go on vacation is not one of them :P As you know, we sold our first home (Driftwood Escape) and moved forward with selling our second home, Emerald Bungalow, since the market has been on the move in the upward direction. Unfortunately, but fortunately, the sale fell through last week or so. We are working on our next moves, but for now, the Emerald Bungalow is still a vacation rental :) We will let you know if that changes. We have one small opening in October and two weeks in November open. We probably won't respond to any far-out inquiries until we decide what we want to do, so stay tuned, because when we open the dates back up, we know people will book it up quickly. As of now, we are in the hunt for land to build a vacation rental next :) Thank you for continuing to support us in this journey and we still have a lot more to learn and implement moving forward.

Also, big shoutout to our cleaners for continuing to put in the work to make flips possible and keep our show on the road. We are forever grateful for you.

Meet the Owners

Hey guys! Our names are Justin and Jeremy Oyler. We have had the dream of owning and managing a vacation rental property for years, and our dream finally came true in September of 2018! We recently graduated from Auburn University with engineering degrees, decided to make Destin our home, and purchased our first property after a lot of hard work. We love coffee, the beach, and so many other things! One of our biggest traits: We love people, and owning an amazing getaway makes our lives better because we get to make other people’s lives better!!! We love serving others, and specialize in amazing customer service. We work hard to make each stay a 12/10 experience, where people can get away from reality for awhile.
