🩵 FUN AND ADVENTURE!!!!!!
When we let ourselves be vulnerable, when we share our real thoughts, fears, and human-ness…something amazing happens:
We connect more deeply with others.
We feel less alone.
We allow ourselves to be fully seen, and still loved.
Vulnerability isn't a weakness. It's what makes life richer, relationships stronger, and self-acceptance possible. No kidding: the best friendships I've ever made were a result of us both(mostly me) sharing way too much too soon lol!

We had lots of snow, rain and wind yesterday but that didn't stop the fun at our The "EXHALE" Galentine's Self-Love Retreat . The ladies and I had a really cool mindfulness through art(wood burning) workshops. I felt so chill and at peace.
