The Corporate Travel friends and family pilgrimage has journeyed from France into Spain and the group recently celebrated Mass at Gaudi's breathtaking Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

During their visit to the Basilica, our pilgrims met the Rector who took them around the building which is still under construction after more than 100 years!

Bishop Earl Fernandes, Emily Jaminet, and pilgrims from The Diocese of Columbus were recently in France on a pilgrimage in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

During their journey, they celebrated Mass for the Feast of the Sacred Heart at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Paray le Monial. Bishop Fernandes con-celebrated this sacred liturgy and the group was able to do a reading in English! It was the highlight of a beautiful pilgrimage that Corporate Travel was honored to serve.

It is with great sadness we have learned of the passing of Al Kresta. It has been an absolute privilege to partner with him and Ave Maria Radio over the past 20 years. We will miss not only our collaboration, but most of all the friendship we shared with him and his wife, Sally. We offer our prayers for his family as they navigate this difficult time.

What a beautiful evening at the Archbishop's Gala!

Corporate Travel was proud to be one of the sponsors for the annual Archbishop's Gala in support of Sacred Heart Major Seminary last week! The annual event brings Catholics across the Archdiocese of Detroit together and supports the mission of the Seminary in forming priests and lay leaders. Company President John Hale serves on the seminary’s Board of Trustees, and Corporate Travel was honored to organize a Pilgrimage through Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy recently for Monsignor Trapp and a group of seminarians.

This week, Fr. Mike Schmitz and a small group of pilgrims are enjoying a pre-trip to Lourdes!

Along with enjoying delicious meals together and celebrating Mass at the grotto, the group had the opportunity to hear a presentation by Dr. Alessandro de Franciscis, the medical doctor in charge of miracles at Lourdes.

After participating in the candlelight procession and partaking in a farewell dinner, the group continued to Biarritz where they will meet the rest of their group!

FrChris Stanish and pilgrims from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gary are on pilgrimage through France this week!

The group hit the ground running spending their first day in Rouen, the site of St. Joan of Arc's trial and ex*****on. Pilgrims walked the Medieval streets and celebrated Mass before touring the basilica.

After catching up on sleep at the fabulous Les Jardins De Deauville, pilgrims spent the following day in Bayeux exploring the basilica and viewing the famous tapestry. Today was also the day that the group visited Omaha Beach, site of the D-Day landings, and the American Cemetery.

The breathtaking Mont Saint-Michel was on the agenda next, and the rain couldn't stop this group. Everyone was all smiles after climbing the nearly 350 stairs to the top of the abbey, and the scheduled calvados tasting that evening didn't hurt either!

Today was spent in Lisieux learning about St. Therese's Little Way with Mass celebrated in the new basilica dedicated to the young saint, a visit to the Carmelite convent, and tours of the basilica where Therese attended church with her family and her childhood home.

The group is now in Paris where the blessings and joy of pilgrimage keep coming. Follow Corporate Travel on Instagram to see what they're up to next!

Wow, what an amazing group we had at Discovery at the Grand this year!

Over 600 students and teachers descended on Mackinac Island this week to attend STEM workshops, experience Grand Hotel, and of course have fun!

We are so grateful to our partners at Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum and Leslie Science & Nature Center - LSNC for teaching the students about ecosystems, and of course bringing some friends for the show!

It also wouldn't be Discovery at the Grand without Challenger Learning Center Dayton who brought iPads and robots so students could learn about the Mars Rover Program.

Thank you as well to all the teachers, chaperones, and parents who support this event each year!

While visiting the nation's capital, students toured many of the major landmarks including the Capital Building and Arlington Cemetery. They also enjoyed a spotlight tour at dusk which presents the monuments in a whole new light.

What an amazing few days in Washington, D.C. for students from Holy Family Catholic School in Michigan!

During their time in the nation’s capital, the group enjoyed a tour of the Capitol Building which houses the meeting chambers for the Senate and House of Representatives. Later that night, students went on a walking tour to view all of the monuments lit up for the evening.

The next day, students had front row seats to the Changing of the Guard at Arlington Cemetery. After learning about the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and touring the grounds, the group headed back to the National Mall to take photos in front of the Cherry Blossoms. It really is the best time of year to visit the city!

Students from Holy Family Catholic School in Michigan are currently in Gettysburg!

During their time at the site, students visited the Gettysburg Museum and Visitor Center, which houses a number of Civil War artifacts, and the Gettysburg National Cemetery, where a memorial marks the site of Abraham Lincoln’s 1863 Gettysburg Address.
