Reconfirming Tortuguero for clients for traveling this week. This is a great add on choice for those seeking a more off the beaten path and rustic trip to Costa Rica.

Accessible only by boat or small plane, Tortuguero is a truly secluded area. With a two night stay you can visit the town and Tortuguero National Park - the area’s gem.

With 11 ecological habitats from high rainforest to dense marsh, this national park is home to over 400 species of trees and 2,200 species of plants as well as a home 13 of Costa Rica’s 16 endangered species - which are able to thrive in untouched and preserved habitats.
