We learn that the DR contains the world's largest collection of amber, which holds the distinction of supplying Jurassic Park with the amber stone containing the fossilized mosquito.
The last time we were in the Dominican Republic, Austin and I went horseback riding . Needless to said they gave me the biggest horse. Austin broke his foot in September and was limited to what he could do. Still we had a great time.🥲

To help maximize our time in downtown San Juan, we did a walking food, historical and architectural tour. We got to experience the food from local restaurants, coffee/chocolate shops and bars. Chickens Rice and beans was very tasty with lots of favor. Any idea what the second plate is? It was so good.
