This holiday season, I want to know what your family does to celebrate!
I would live to see what traditions you may have, no matter what the religion.

In our house, we have several things we have done to celebrate Christmas over the years. The kids make cookies/gingerbread houses the night before. Sometimes we make a birthday cake for Jesus. When the kids were little, we allowed them to open one gift the night before, that was always pajamas. Santa leaves snowy footprints at the Christmas tree and always decorates our tree with candy canes when he visits.
In recent years, we have gone to Chinese restaurants for Christmas dinner.

It’s time for a new fabulous nighttime parade! “Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away" is coming to light up summer 2025! This new evening spectacle invites Magic Kingdom Park guests to dream the night away with a shiny new blend of nostalgic Disney storytelling and glowing innovation, continuing the legacy of dazzling nighttime entertainment that holds a special place in the hearts of so many.

Walt Disney Imagineering has been working with General Motors on an all-new storyline – guests will want to be all buckled in for an adventure. Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios

We arrived at Porr Orleans French Quarter last night. I requested building 5 and the location is fantastic. Right next to the lobby and pool. Due to the location, I may now prefer this over Power Orleans Riverside!

Living with the Land

Join us for Ride of the Resistance in Hollywood Studios

Tour of our room at The Contemporary Resort. This room holds up to 5 adults. We stayed Club level but the rooms are the same with the exception of some of the bathroom amenities (club had toothbrush and shave kits, robes, and slippers). Our room was a main tower water view. Our balcony has a view of the pool and Bay Lake. We could see the electrical water parade at night and our room was overlooking Chef Mickey's.
