Anybody else a nervous Nellie when they travel? I've "touched" my passport at least a dozen times this morning and rearranged my carry on AGAIN. I follow a routine so there should be no surprises but travel is anything but predictable!

The Azamara Journey is a 700 passenger ocean liner. Azamara has 4 ships and a cool fact--they are identical. If you sail on one you won't get lost on the others !

Wednesday I'll be in Charleston SC to tour Azamara Journey while she is in port.
Who is Azamara Cruise Lines?
Azamara is known for its small ship cruising and destination immersion experiences. For many of her itineraries, you have 10 hours or more in port or overnight.
I look forward to my few hours onboard to see her public areas and staterooms. Stay tuned for lots of photos and videos

Last night we experienced Shirley Heights for the famous sunset party. It's a beautiful vantage point of the island and the sunset didn't disappoint. The drinks flow, the BBQ is smoking, the steel bands are awesome. Fun time on a Sunday evening. All resorts are able to set up a taxi for you. It's $10 USD to enter.

Our room--superior waterfront . I should add, from our location it is easy walk to the restaurants,pool and beach area. This property is hilly so not the best for anyone with mobility issues or if you have trouble with stairs. You can call for a golf cart to take you where you need to go
