Before the offer was accepted, the seller’s agents called me and asked, “what is the probability that we can close in less than two weeks, because your client is up against a cash offer.” This was the agents first time dealing with a HECM transaction and she was a bit skeptical on the process. I replied “I can’t promise two weeks but I can tell you that you’re in the BEST hands to go for it!” She trusted me, we went for it, and BOOM, 7 days later we closed.
