Its a wrap for 2024! Surfer Girl has been put up for the winter at Cape Charles Yacht Center on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. What a great season we had this year and thank you for joining us on board. We look forward having you on board again next season starting May 12 and running through the end of September 2025. Safe travels and Happy Holidays.

End of the season and we are headed to our winter haulout in Cape Charles, Va this year. Heading up through the Narrows to the upper Currituck Sound and onto the Intracoastal waterway. Through Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Norfolk, Va. Will stop for 3 weeks in Hampton, Va so we can do some sailing in the Southern part of the Chesapeake Bay. Looking forward to exploring the area while we are there. See everyone next year. We start our season May 12, 2025. We will post updates as we get close to May 2025. Have a great winter!!

Last cruise of the season. Had a some good groups this summer- bachelorette parties, families, college groups, couples and even proposals. Good times, great weather and some awesome sunsets. Looking forward to next season at Nor'Banks Sailing & Watersports with Surfer Girl. See you next season.

Calling all Multihull Sailors! East Coast Sailboats, Inc, Sail OBX and the Outer Banks Sailing Association are putting on a Multihull Regatta on September 7 & 8, 2024. We have 15 boats committed so far and would like more. Come join us. Classes are USF18, Hobie 16, Wētā Trimarans and Open catamaran. We will have a couple Open Catamaran charters available- Nacra 500 MK2, Nacra 570 MK2 and a Topcat K2X first come first serve, charters or $95 per day. Contact East Coast Sailboats, Inc for charter information.

Great Venue in Nags Head, NC at the Outer Banks Event site and the Harvey water access. We will be sailing in the Roanoke Sound between Jockeys Ridge State Park and Shallowbag bay. Flat water, good wind and good competition. Should be a fun event.

OBX Multihull Sail Fest, Presented by the Outer Banks Sailing Association is up on Regatta Network! Come Join us in September for a fun and fast regatta. Practice day as well as two days of racing. New venue this year. We are going to be at the Visit The Outer Banks Event Site in Nags Head NC and sailing on the Roanoke Sound between Jockeys Ridge, Shallowbag Bay and Banana Island. Great area to sail, flat and fast.

Ok folks. Super cool regatta up at Sandy Hook Bay Catamaran Club Statue Race July 6th, 2024. We are headed up with East Coast Sailboats, Inc with our Nacra Sailing 570 MK2 to do the race. Great facilities and a fun venue. Join us.
