📢 Disney Cruise Line made a big announcement today. 📢

Beginning Nov. 14, 2022, for sailings departing from the United States, Disney Cruise Line will no longer require Guests (regardless of vaccination status) to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to sailing. Disney Cruise Line continues to highly recommend that all Guests be fully vaccinated and encourages unvaccinated Guests to take a COVID-19 test two days prior to sailing.

We have had, like I’m sure you all have had, a very busy weekend. Costume making, pumpkin carving, voting, visiting kids at college and cheering on our favorite football teams!

3 years ago today…….sometimes it seems like yesterday and sometimes it seems like a million years ago. Our company has been through many mountains (hitting exciting milestones we have all worked so hard for) to valleys (a world wide pandemic) but through it all, our loyal friends and amazing clients have been there. On June 7, 1940 Daisy Duck made her debut as Daisy in 𝘔𝘳. 𝘋𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘚𝘵𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘖𝘶𝘵 (1940). However this was not our first introduction to her. On May 5, 2005 Soarin’ opened as part of The Land Pavilion at Epcot.
On this film attraction guests are lifted up to 40 feet in the air, and surrounded by a giant projection dome. They then get a bird’s-eye view of much of the beauty and wonder of California.
On June 17, 2016, the attraction became Soarin’ Around the World, taking guests above many of Earth’s natural and man-made wonders, including the Pyramids, the Matterhorn, Monument Valley, the Eiffel Tower, and Sydney Harbour.

On April 22, 1998 Disney's Animal Kingdom park, which is Disney's largest park at 500 acres, opened to guest. The hub of the park contains Safari Village, with the giant Tree of Life, intricately carved with more than 300 animal images.
Also opening on this day was Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction, where guests view at close range a multitude of animals including giraffes, zebras, antelopes, hippos, and elephants roaming a savanna larger than the entire Disneyland Park.

Goofy made his first appearance as a member of the audience in Mickey's R***e (1932). What distinguished Goofy from those sitting around him was his laugh, voiced by Pinto Colvig. That laugh made an impression on Walt Disney that the character soon began to be featured in other cartoons.
Goofy was first given the name Dippy Dawg in the newspaper comic strips. A 1938 book indicated the first change to Dippy's name , 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘧, and by 1939 the final change was made with the release of the Cartoon Goofy and Wilbur.
