As I grew older, I was always intrigued though a bit intimidated by the sport of fly fishing. Most of my life I worked in the Information Technology Industry and a Engineer and Manager of Information Systems. In 2008 I relocated to Utica New York

. An extreme lifestyle change was part of my plan, as I was at a point in which I needed to reevaluate all aspects of my life. In 2009 I was introduced to fly fishing. As an engineer I quickly immersed myself into every aspect of fly fishing and fish species. I immersed in exhaustive research,read many books, and was fortunate to live in a region as to where may accomplished fly fisherman and world class fisheries were located. I am eternally grateful to all of those have taught, and continue to teach me the way. Many of these men have forgotten more about fly fishing than I will ever know. I quickly realized fly fishing was my passion and my life experience had groomed me for this moment. Over the past 8 years I have developed may angling friendships that will last forever and have been a focused, astute student of fly fishing. The art of fly fishing has changed every aspect of my life. The parallels of, analogies, and parables relating angling to life represent some of the deepest truths and waters of my character. I am humbled, and at times overcome with emotion by having the opportunity to give back what has been so freely given to me. It would be an honor to share my angling experience with you.
