No need for a boring break-out meeting room, even when using good ol’ hotel banquet chairs. We created seating pods around glowing “Mission Control” light cubes while guests focused their attention on a custom designed space worthy scenic backdrop with Galactic style stage furnishings. (Backstory, I broke my arm due to a silly trip while on the third night of their event… client and hotel and my crew couldn’t have been any kinder and the program finished without a hitch!)
