Following a Hurricane, I am always reminded of what a fantastic team of awesome, dedicated, and hard-working cleaners, assistants, maintenance, and office staff we have!

THE STATS on 105 doors:
✓ All owners contacted by 7pm Wednesday to confirm we would be securing their properties.
✓ All units secured and all in-place guests contacted by 3pm Thursday.
✓ All in-place guests contacted after the storm, all vacant units inspected, and most owners contacted before 1PM Saturday.
✓ All owners contacted by 6pm Saturday.
✓ Hundreds of messages and phone calls from current and future guests answered and returned.

This is how we do it, and we have consistently beat even on-site management to inspect, report and reopen EVERY. SINGLE. STORM, not to mention local offsite companies that don't even bother.

We would love to help you if your current property management team isn't doing the same for you.

We are seeking reliable, computer literate self-starters with excellent problem-solving skills. Ideal applicant is a sales-oriented professional who conveys quality representation to clients and potential clients.

This is a licensed position. Applicant must possess the SC Property Manager license or be able to complete the 30 hour property management course, pass the end of course test, and pass the state exam upon Real Estate Commission approval of application. Must be able to pass a background check, including fingerprinting. Applicants who successfully complete licensure will be reimbursed for course and licensing costs after meeting minimum qualifications.

Position is straight commission with residuals providing opportunities for tremendous growth for the right person. This position would initially be in our office, and can be primarily remote following training.
