I'm a thought partner and change facilitator who incites divergent thinking and action in my clients. I specialize in working with new & existing leaders.
After a successful 30 year career in banking, I left my position as an executive to follow my passion and life’s purpose to become a professional coach. I had coached and mentored many individuals who went on to lead successful professional and personal lives. Leaving the constraints of corporate life I could contribute to the world in new and positive ways – to make a real difference in others’ l
ives by sharing my love of helping people, my life’s knowledge, and skills through coaching and consulting. The coaching I provide draws from 30 years of executive and team leadership positions and a lifelong commitment to self-development and learning. I help people discover their strengths and experience better personal and professional results. Through my own leadership experiences, I realized the value of coaching before it was called “coaching.”
Always drawn to the role of coach, I enhanced my skills and coaching best practices by earning a professional coaching certification from the hightly respected Hudson Institute of Coaching and I currently hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). I specializes in leadership development coaching and enjoy working with leaders who want to discover new possibilities, make new choices, and be their best selves. Whether you’re an existing leader or new in your role, my experience, expertise, and passion for supporting leaders on the edge of greatness will help you move forward, get unstuck, and craft an authentic life.
