Join us for a deeply connective and transformative experience for women. This somatic healing experience invites participants to gather in community, practice ritual, explore sensual and sacred movement through belly dance inspired movements tapping into the heart and hip space. Designed by women, for women, this practice honors the feminine body and opens the chakra centers through free-flowing movement, voice activation and Kundalini Inspired Breathwork.
The session culminates in a Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony, guiding participants on a journey inward to connect with their deepest selves through the power of breath. I facilitated Conscious Connected Breathwork Full-time for 3 years in Sedona, Arizona for a retreat company called Sedona Soul Adventures. Walking the hall at school today I heard little chirps of "Te quiero Miss Amy" (I love you Miss Amy) from a string of my Kinders going out for reccess, dog piling me with hugs.... When we offer love, it comes back full circle.
I love every darn one of those kiddos I work with... all 95 ❤️ 🫶
Another "magik filled moment"; Bilingual Read Aloud of "The Story of Osa Magik" and Art class at the @telluridelibrary was a total joybomb. Having one of my oldest and dearest friends Ximena Rebolledo León reading with me with her daughter, mom and friends of the community was super special. Ximena and Sofia are represented as the main characters in the story ❤️ 🫶
I really love bringing people together and sharing love, Inspirational messages and hope; especially as we navigate some challenging times at large in the world.
A year ago I was "living this experience"; one year later I am pinching myself in awe to be sharing the story (in both English and Spanish) vía my first published Children's Book that I also illustrated is a dream come true.

Bilingual story share and activities happening in Telluride THIS Saturday from 10 am -12 pm at the Wilkenson Library for anyone in Colorado that wants to come for some fun, inspo, love and celebration! ♥️
Super grateful for the experience I had yesterday with Jody and her horses at Metaphorse; I got to experience the healing power of Equine Therapy. There are only 5 people in the world doing the type of healing facilitation Jody leads and I am so grateful to have experienced it as it was; PROFOUND.
I've spent the past 4 years digging deep into my shadows, the 'why's' behind my actions, trauma healing, somatic body work, Breathwork, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Neurofeedback, plant medicine and Traditional Indigenous Ceremonies and yesterday; was one of the most profound experiences of all; healing with the horses and Jody's Facilitation.
I've been writing, drawing and painting to integrate the 'Metaphors' that came through that have been confirmation to this new path, the rebirth of Womens Radical Pursuits; Radical Pursuits of the Heart that I've surrendered to and opened up to ❤️ I know why I landed where I am doing the work I was guided to.
