Hi Everyone I wanted to give an update on my rice experiment ! If you aren’t familiar with the experiment google it . Basically you set up three jars and speak directly to them giving praise to the love jar and criticism to the hate jar and ignoring the other one . It looks obvious to me that kindness is the best ! Remember we are made up 55-78 percent of water so be kind to yourself it goes a long way !
