There are a raft a sea otters living at Morro Bay, including 4 devoted moms raising their babies who have grown to be almost the size of their moms, too big to be carried on top of mom’s bellies now. We saw the moms swimming sideways while holding on their babies like a lifeguard and grooming them. In this video, a sea otter really got into washing and grooming himself while others are peaceful enjoying the little sunshine that finally came through the thick marine layer.
