Today’s lunch was at Cornwall since I did the buffet yesterday. We tried all the appetizers! My favorite were the Jerk Pork Nachos (but I would have held the beans if I wasn’t sharing!). I had the jerk chicken wrap and it was very good!
The lobby area of the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach and Spa Resort is also on property! This area is family unlike the adult only portion of Grand Rose Hall where I’m staying.
What to do when you can’t eat most breakfast foods… utilize room service and order the fresh fruit plate!
First dinner of the trip was amazing!! The appetizer platter, the welcome drink, the steak, (the oxtail), and Jamaica’s national dish.. all perfect!
And that coffee cake… yum! Thank you, Iberostar!!

While exploring a park in Universal Orlando, you never know who you may run into! We found Alex in Universal Studios. 🦁
We only spent a few hours on Disney property on this past trip, but I still managed to fit in a first time experience! While I am sure I had to have visited Swirls on the Water before at Disney Springs, I have never had the dreamy perfection of a Dole Whip Angry Orchard Float! This was a fusion of two of my favorite treats… hard apple cider and pineapple Dole Whip.
It was so amazingly hot this day that my cup of heaven started melting instantly, but challenge accepted. I had to enjoy it A LOT faster than I had anticipated BUT totally worth it.
