This included closets, pantry, basement, and all the upstairs bedrooms. Yesterday, we finished a small power washing and staining job for a valued repeat customer in Cumberland. We thoroughly power washed the entire driveway, sidewalk, and front porch concrete, then applied a fresh coat of solid color stain to the front porch spindles and rails. Additionally, the sunroom in the back received a new coat of semi-transparent stain.

This project took us about 3 weeks. We changed 32 pieces of rotted wood. Used over 20 gallons of PPG Permanizer Satin, one gallon of PPG Olympic Solid Color Stain, 4 gallons of PPG Semi-Transparent Olympic stain. The color change and taking off all of the deck spindles really made a huge change and transformation.

We started this interior paint job on Monday and finished it today. It had a lot of wall space in the living room and the entry way that we took care of.
