Cabana Bay Beach Resort at Universal Orlando really helps you to get more bang for your buck. With tons of different room options sleeping anywhere from 2-8 people there is sure to be a room type that works for your travel party! This evening they had live music in the lobby and a balloon artist as well!! You definitely don’t have to feel like you are missing out at this resort even though it is considered a Prime Value property.

Have you fed the stingrays at Castaway Cay? This is an awesome excursion for the whole family. The rays swim all around in the lagoon and they have spots where you can feed them. You also get snorkel gear as part of the cost of the excursion so if you want to snorkel you can. The great thing is that the water is so clear you can see the stingrays and other fish even without being under the water so it’s a great experience even if you aren’t too sure about the snorkel mask, like this guy.

Halloween may be over but at The Haunted Mansion Holiday in Disneyland they are keeping the season alive!! You can still see all of your favorite characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas through December. This overlay is not to be missed!!

I’m not trying to knock the monorail, but don’t sleep on the Walt Disney World resorts with boat transportation. As far as I’m concerned this is the most relaxing way to get from resort to park there is.

Foodie Friday today is all about the desserts!! Lots of people talk about Toothsome Chocolate Emporium at Universal’s Citywalk as having great milkshakes. They definitely DO!! But did you know that they also have an amazing sweet shop with beautiful truffles, macarons and more?? If you are too full after your meal at the restaurant to tackle one of their crazy shakes then your next stop should be right over here where you can take home some of these beauties to eat later. :)
