Location, Location, Location! There isn't a more perfect downtown loft to call your own while visiting the Live Music Capitol of the world!

The "Loft On Congress" is a 3,000 sq. ft. luxury loft in the heart of Austin's business and entertainment district. Winner of the 2004 AIA Award for Excellence in Design, this vacation rental was meticulously restored to its original facade with a large balcony directly across from the Paramount Theater, overlooking Congress Avenue all the way to the Capitol. It accommodates 8 guests, and boasts a downstairs game room with a custom built steel-pool table and shuffle board.
