Did you know...

1) Travel agents like me make commission on hotels/resorts, ocean cruises, river cruises, destination weddings, group tours, some transfers, and excursions.

2) We don't make commission on airfare. The airlines stopped paying commission years ago.

3) We only get paid our commission AFTER you travel.

4) You don't pay our commission, the supplier does. If you book direct, the supplier keeps the commission they would have paid us.

5) We can usually get you the same price (or sometimes even better) as what you can get online.

6) We have access to exclusive promotions that you can only get by booking through us.

7) We service your booking, meaning we keep you informed of policies, cancelation dates, payment due dates, flight changes, check in/check out times, confirmation numbers, and more.

8 ) We're your advocate if something goes wrong and work to find a solution.

Trip dates, September 19-26, 2023. St. Lucia, Sandals Halycon

Mary Nelsen provided over the top service for our trip to Sandals, Halcyon Beach in St. Lucia. Even though the resort mixed up our room reservation, Mary was there in the background assisting us all the way to make it right.

St. Lucia is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean and the people are so friendly. The resort was everything we had hoped for. The surroundings were incredible and the staff outstanding. We would definitely go back.

Trip date 5/19-5/30/2023

I have been very busy with my job and purposely wanted to be surprised every step of the way. I was not only surprised, but astounded at the level of detail and effort Mary and Vincenzo took to ensure we were taken care of in every way, including our final ride to the airport. Each day began with an exciting adventure and beautiful scenery. The weather couldn't have been better and each person we met to assist us along the way was gracious and extended to us the utmost level of customer service. The trip started on such a high bar and each day thereafter, the experiences rose higher than the former day with no disappointments. I have a love of art and traveling the world. I may not be as experienced with different cuisines and wines, but I can tell you that I enjoyed learning something completely new and enjoyable. I will be forever grateful for this trip of a lifetime and plan to spend my vacations in a whole new way while traveling the world. We will undoubtedly return to Italy and are grateful to be able to use your services.
