Really loved my stay at the riu montego bay the rooms and hotel itself was spotlessly clean, they give �� on there cleaning and strict with hand sanitizer and masks, nothing is to much trouble and the entertainment staff are amazing and such a good laugh. What to thank horice and jermain our table waiters for being the most fantastic and would go above and beyond for us all every day, and nickesha my favourite barmaid ever, absolutely loved her, also a big shout out to leonardo on the entertainment staff, he made our holiday and can't wait to come back to see him ( who's watch is it ) ����

What sets this resort apart is the staff. Caring, kind, diligent, attentive, and kept the resort absolutely spotless. My partner proposed to me on this trip at their resort and the staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help him plan the surprise and even cooked us something really special to celebrate. Andre, Shaneel, Jamaree, Karlene were some of the stand-out staff just to name a few. Beach was shaded and plenty of chairs. Rooms and common areas kept very clean. Drinks well made and they even had major 3rd party travel companies like Expedia and Delta trip representatives ready to answer any and all questions and book excursions. I'd say the resort had very, very loud music from 10am-10pm but that seemed to be the Jamaican vibe! Glad it was an adults only!

Beautiful landscape and very very polite fun staff. The rooms are clean spacious and modern. My only concern was the food. Everything was cold and I got stomach virus from it. They had no snacks out as well. So once breakfast lunch and dinner was over there was no more food. Luckily it’s a shopping center across the street. I also knew a woman who went on a group trip of 20 women to Riu Montego Bay and all of them got the stomach virus as well from the food. We went at different times so I’m guessing the staff isn’t using the proper safety precautions. Other than the food being a total let down my stay at this hotel was nice and relaxing.

The overall stay was a 10 the hotel was clean. Staff was nice an friendly. Staff was constantly cleaning hand sanitation stations set up around the property. I would recommend that karaoke is every night. We stay from Friday til Tuesday an the shows at night was not very entertaining. There's no real night life. So karaoke would be great. Me an my sister had so much fun on our birthday. Thank you for making this an unforgettable birthday/vacation.
