Clear for take off!
Tomorrow’s mini jump clinic will include a review of wheels lifts as we prep for flight. The progression is geared for anyone looking to improve their form for jumps of all sizes.

Spend the morning learning how to cultivate shiitake mushrooms and the afternoon making biochar, a catalyst for creating nutrient rich soil. Classes will be held in Montrose, MN on March 23.

“I wish I had this when I was a kid.”
For most of adult riders, there wasn’t access to the types of trails we have today when they were kids. There certainly wasn’t the need for skills coaching for mainstream riders. But, the times, they are a changin’.
Skills coaching is a great way to safely progress youth (and adults!!) in a fun, safe environment so the love for riding can be shared by the whole family for decades to come.
And what’s better than sharing time doing something you love with the people you love?

Today’s Friday morning skills session focused on techniques to increase balance, stability, and control. Part of the process of learning or refining skills is by doing them in a closed environment to control variables. Repetition also allows us to recalibrate our lizard brains redefining what is threatening.

Over the past week, we've connected with 29 high school mountain bike coaches from across the state. Since Memorial Day, we've been able to talk bikes and coaching with two additional youth organizations. [Can we get a collective "Yew!", please?]
