The morning started off kinda stormy as a front moved through with a couple of small showers but not enough to postpone our ICF pour on the library project. It ended up being a very nice day with another successful ICF pour under our belt….now on to framing! We’ve got a great team with outstanding support!!

I bet you didn’t know that The Cat In The Hat was a skilled ICF installer and carpenter…did you!! He’s making great progress on our library project, we hope to pour the ICF walls this coming Tuesday!

Almost complete with repairs/upgrades to this condo on the bayfront. After the client's dad passed away earlier this year, someone else was hired to freshen it up and do some minor repairs....sadly they made a horrible mess out of everything. We built back some cabinetry that was mistakenly removed, fitted all cabinetry with new doors and drawers, granite countertops, new paint on cabinets, walls and ceilings, new faucets and other misc. repairs to get this jewel ready for it's next owners. It's not just all custom homes but remodels and repairs as well to make your space custom for you!

Progress pic's on a beautiful Fox Blocks ICF home supplied by my buddy Malcolm at ICF Texas under construction. The roofing is a stone coated steel tile that looks like clay tile without the issues of clay tile! It has a great windstorm rating and is a beautiful accent to this great home. The stucco and stone work is almost complete and looking incredible. Thanks to all of our fine craftsmen and suppliers that are working to make this, and all of our projects, a well built, energy efficient and beautiful home! Did I mention that our clients are just as wonderful...I appreciate the opportunity to work with you to create your dream home!

We are proud to be working with Helping a Hero on building a new home for Cpl. Justin Rokohl, USMC (Ret). Being a double amputee, this specially adapted home will help provide the daily independence inside his home he is in need of and the ICF construction will provide many years of safe and comfortable living. Working through my great friend Malcolm at ICF Texas, we were able to use Fox Blocks ICF for the construction of the exterior walls. Framing is coming along nicely thanks to a generous donation through our friends at McCoy's Building Supply

Our library project is off and running! Drilled piers and lots of rebar should keep this foundation stable and sound for many years to come. We received our Fox Blocks ICF delivery this last friday and began stacking....should have something that begins looking like a building very soon! Thanks to ICF Texas for your continued support and friendship throughout all of our ICF projects, I can't believe we've been working together on these for over 20 years now!!

Here's a recent ICF job we did for our friends at Bluewave construction. We stacked and poured the Fox Blocks ICF supplied by ICF Texas using Helix Steel micro-rebar reinforcing. This house finished out beautifully with lots of great features and will soon be a wonderful home to a very lucky family.
