Scariest hike of the year. Definitely this one. It’s right here in my own backyard in the Pacific Northwest, in Washington.

I had to stop several times along the way, not sure that I could do it because I have fear of heights, but I did do it and I got to the top with a little bit of encouragement from my husband.

The views were amazing and it was worth it.

Sometimes if you’re scared of something, it doesn’t mean that you can’t do it. It just means it might take a little longer.

Sometimes it’s OK to turn back and simply say
“this is not for me” or at least not for me today. 🙃
