With 15 years under my belt, I have cleaned everything from residential, vacation rentals, offices and hotel efficiencies. First time cleaning usually requires a deep clean which can take a bit longer than a regular clean. The following checklist is designed to show my services. WHAT I OFFER FOR REGULAR CLEANING
☐ Bathrooms – clean/scrub all surfaces (vanity, mirrors, tub, shower, toilet, tile).
☐

Kitchen – clean outside surfaces of countertops, cabinets, all appliances, inside microwave and sink.
☐ Vacuuming interior floors, (closet floors if accessible).
☐ Sweep / vacuum / mopped hardwood or tiled floors (if you have special products, you must supply them).
☐ Cobwebs check/remove (inside).
☐ Spot clean doors for prints and dust
☐ General dusting of furniture (exterior only) and dusting blinds.
☐ Baseboards and ceiling fans dusted as needed
☐ glass work, mirrors and pictures cleaned. EXTRAS PAY PER ITEM INCLUDES

☐ Sliding Glass doors and tracks $10 each in/out (I spot clean on a regular clean for fingerprints)

DEEP CLEANING SERVICES REQUIRING EXTRA TIME

☐ Hand clean/wash all fans (ladder must be provided by client)
☐ Hand clean /wash baseboards and all wood work.
☐ Light fixtures (excludes chandeliers).
☐ Clean tops of cabinets, inside cabinets if they are empty.
☐ Inside fridge if empty. Stove if self-clean has been put on overnight.
☐ Hand clean/Wash Blinds.
