We are keeping our eye on Hurricane Milton as it continues it’s trek toward the Florida gulf coast. Our amazing travel agents have spent hours and hours taking care of their client’s travel plans and making sure they are all taking care of.

Right now it looks like the biggest impact to Central Florida will occur Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The storm should be out into the Atlantic by Friday hopefully allowing for a storm free Columbus Day Weekend.

We are praying for everyone in the path of Milton and those affected so terribly by Helene last week. Stay safe!

Have you ever been pixie dusted during your resort stay or park day? Not only do cast members have this magical ability, but so do travel agents!✨

A sweet family booked with me this year, with 2 Star Wars- loving boys and a little princess-loving girl.

They were hoping to book a princess makeover and Jedi training during their trip, but due to the timeframe, there was no availability with the popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and ever since the pandemic, Disney no longer offers Jedi training..

BUT!! As their determined travel agent, I was able to use some pixie dust and book a princess makeover with real fairy godmothers who come to your resort along with the ORIGINAL Jedi master who gives Jedi training right on property of your resort as well!

🪐Bonus fun: Dad and grandpa also joined the Jedi training

The best feeling as a travel agent is making some extra magic for my clients.

It is Food Allergy Awareness Week!

If you have a food allergy or someone in your immediate family has one, then you know how overwhelming traveling and going out to eat can be.

The worry about what oils the restaurants might cook with, the contamination risk with items on the menu containing the allergen you avoid.

It can be crippling! But this is another reason why Disney is top tier! Disney takes food allergies very seriously. We have a life threatening tree nut allergy and a life threatening peanut allergy in our family. Traveling is flat out SCARY. There have been many times, I have just ordered water and watched everyone else eat or I have purposely eaten before I came, after reading nuts on many menu items, but I feel so much more confident while dining at a Disney restaurant. Often a chef will come speak with you and direct you on what foods are okay and which to avoid.

Our fears are lessened by the attentive menus, chefs and cast members who pay attention and truly care about our well being! It’s an amazing feeling to feel safe while eating! Disney does an amazing job.

Best advice as a travel agent and experienced Disney goer: Stay fed!! “Hangriness” happens QUICK at the parks! Can anyone else relate to this?😅 Disney is SO much fun. But it’s definitely a long and stimulating day. Honestly this video is so old, he was probably looking at someone with ice cream that walked by.. We both knew our limits and knew when we had to get a snack or rest. One time I was SO tired and hungry, we were waiting for the monorail (first in line actually) and I kid you not…a mom behind me was purposely bumping her double stroller into the back of my legs for a good 10 minutes 😮‍💨 #disney #travel #travelagent #disneyworld #parade #disneyfood

It can feel impossible to get into a character meet or character dining at Magic Kingdom, BUT did you know most of the characters can be found at ALL of the parks? And actually Hollywood Studios might win the prize for how many we saw in one day. Donald, Daisy, Chip & Dale, Max (Goofy’s son,) The Incredibles, Pluto, etc.!! Don’t stress if you couldn’t get into any of the popular character attractions at Magic, head on over to Hollywood Studios or ever Epcot and I guarantee you’ll see a character pop up ready for photos within your first 30min there! This guy running made our morning on Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom🐘 Do you have any old phones or other electronics laying around? Consider taking them to an electronics recycling location to help save these guys habitat. Coltan, which is used to make our electronics is found in the African Congo. By recycling, we can get the coltan from used electronics instead of mining for more.
