We out here this morning getting our exercise on this morning! 5k - I was mentally pushing myself to get to the finish line. Holy Spirit gave me the strength and I push myself with my inner self-talk and my biggest motivator was right beside me - Thanks Honey!
Thanks sissy for the invite and thanks Jashia for always cheering me on to exercise and take care of my body 😘❤️🙌🏽We did it!

Mental Health includes our emotions, psychological, and social well-being.

The only guarantee of a healthy mind is by having a kingdom mindset.

Roman 12:2 says do not conform to the patterns of this world and renew your mind.

This is the only way your mind regarding emotions, psychological, and social well-being can be transformed to test God’s will for your life, to live in His perfect will, and to have a kingdom mindset that keeps you mentally healthy.

I know when I try to figure things in my life out and do things the way I think they should go without consulting God, I often find myself frustrated and irritated with my limited thoughts.

I am conforming to the way I always do things, but when I consult God, I create the space for him to show me something new and introduce me to things he sees that I would never see.

Consulting God helps my mental health because it gives me peace that I am in partnership with God, and I don’t have to figure things out on my own.
